• How much is entry into the parks?
• The entry fee into the off-leash parks is .50 per dog per day, with no charge per person. Multiple dog families
  receive discounts as follows: entry for two dogs is 0 total; entry for three dogs is 5 total. Each dog has in-and-out
  privileges for the entire day. You and your dog can visit Unleashed Supply Center, Café and lounge areas at no cost.
• What does my entry fee provide?
• Your entry fee gains you and your dog access to more than 25,000 sf of clean, turfed, off-leash play area with tunnels
  and other play equipment in our 50,000 sf heated and cooled facility. In addition, you and your dog can enjoy the rest
  of our facility, including the Unleashed Supply Center, Unleashed Café, grooming, daycare and our lounge areas with
  comfy seating overlooking all the action.
• How does the entry system work?
• Your dog's Unleashed entry collar tag triggers the entry system and is tied to your record in our database. If you've
  registered a credit card with us or paid an amount in advance, you'll be automatically charged and the gate will unlock
  as soon as the tag is scanned by our gate readers. The result is a fast, hassle-free entry. You don't have to do a
  thing! If you prefer to pay at the time of each visit, you may visit our reception desk for assistance. No matter how
  many times you enter and exit the parks, you'll only be charged one entry fee per day.
• Can my dogs go anywhere in the facility with me?
• Yes, except inside the café due to health regulations. But we've provided plenty of seating and lounge areas just
  outside the café and throughout the facility so you can enjoy your refreshment alongside your dog. Please remember,
  you must keep your dog leashed in all areas except the off-leash parks.
• If dogs aren't allowed in the café, how do I get my refreshments?
• We've provided secure “wait crates” just outside the café where your dog can safely wait while you order and then he
  can join you in the lounge and seating areas. Or take advantage of our playcare program where your dog can
  continue to play in the indoor park under our care while you grab a cup of joe. Just ask a park attendant for a
  complimentary 20 minute “Coffee Break” ticket. Want to linger longer? See our hourly playcare rates. Or let Fido
  have the entire day in the parks by registering for our dog daycare.

• Where is Unleashed located?
• We're located at 5151 Samuell Blvd., just four miles from downtown Dallas. From I-30 East, exit Ferguson. Turn
  right at the light on Ferguson, then left on Samuell Blvd. Unleashed Indoor Dog Park is on the left just past the light
  at Hunnicut.

• What's different about Unleashed Indoor Dog Parks?
• Others may use the term “indoor dog park” to describe their dog daycare or training areas. These and others may
  open up their spaces a few hours each week or each month for off-leash play. Unleashed's entire concept is
  centered on dog-owner interaction, and our off-leash parks for dogs and their owners are available open to close,
  seven days a week. The sheer magnitude and quality of our facility makes Unleashed one of a kind. And to add to
  the enjoyment, we offer other fun amenities such as our Supply Center, Café, lounge areas, grooming and daycare.
• I’ve visited boarding and daycare facilities that smelled bad. With that many dogs playing
  together inside, isn’t odor a concern?
• We too have visited facilities that smelled badly, which was the impetus behind our number one operational goal:
  a clean, fresh-smelling park. We’ve taken great measures to ensure that all you notice when you walk in our doors
  is the ambience, including custom engineered ventilation and humidity controls, massive 24-foot ceiling fans, and a
  proprietary turf and drainage system, paired with our ongoing cleaning methods. Our facility combines the best of both
  worlds: the feeling of being outside, except with a thermostat.
